Renowned motivational speaker and social media influencer Vivek Bindra is currently embroiled in a controversy as serious allegations of domestic violence have been lodged against him. The accusations were made by Vaibhav Kwatra, Bindra's brother-in-law, who filed a case against him at Noida's Sector 126 police station on December 14.
The incident, which reportedly took place on December 7, unfolded at the Supernova West Residency in Noida, where Bindra and his wife, Yanika, reside. The case has been registered under sections 323, 504, 427, and 325 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
According to reports, the altercation began between Bindra and his mother, Prabha, resulting in a heated exchange. Yanika, Bindra's wife, intervened to mediate, and the situation escalated into a physical assault. Yanika's brother alleges that Bindra locked his sister in a room, subjecting her to both verbal and physical abuse.
A video depicting significant scars on Yanika's body has gone viral on social media. The alleged assault has reportedly caused Yanika to suffer an ear injury, resulting in hearing loss. She is currently receiving medical treatment in a hospital.
In addition to the physical abuse, Bindra is accused of breaking Yanika's phone during the altercation. A recent video by motivational speaker Sandeep Maheshwari exposed alleged scams by Bindra's company, Bada Business Private Limited (BBPL). However, Bindra has vehemently refuted all charges.
He gives motivation outside, people see him as a role model, conducts sessions on the Gita, and calls himself a businessman.
